Do you test your products and provide COAs?
Yes! Every product goes through multiple 3rd-party tests to verify purity, accurate weight, and that it’s toxin-free. Each test result is documented in a Certificate of Analysis (COA), which you can download directly from each product page or from our centralized COA Library.

What is your shipping policy?
Your order will be processed within 2 business days from the East Cost and shipped with UPS or FedEx Ground (2-5 business days). At this time, we only ship to the United States.
How should I store my peptides?
In lyophilized (powder) form, store in freezer for up to 2 years. In reconstituted form, store in fridge and use in 4-8 weeks.
What is your refund policy?
We are serious about customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please reach out within 30 days and we will replace or refund your order.
